Check in is from 3pm and you need to vacate the caravan by 11am to give us the opportunity to prepare the caravan for the next groups adventures
Unless we have arranged otherwise, key collection will be at the caravan in a coded key safe, you will be given the code VIA text the day before your arrival as the codes are changed frequently.
This means there is no waiting in line at check in, just head right to your caravan and enjoy your stay.
Firstly entertainment passes not required to use the majority of the parks faciliites, so you can enjoy the many bars and restaurants restriction free. If you wish to use the Showdome, the venue with the most night time entertainment then the passes are required, these can be purchased from the Owners Reception by the main entrance for an additional fee.
The balance must be paid 8 weeks before your stay is due to begin.
Payments are to be made via bank transfer. Please contact us should you have any issues, we'll be happy to help.
